Quick and Easy super nutritional Zucchini blossoms salad

Summer is my favorite season of the year when everything seemed to me more adventured passioned and colorful.The ingredients of this salad are not only flavorful and tasteful but nutrient and full of Beneficial properties. We all know what super food avocado is but that applies to other ingredients of this salad also.

Zucchini for an example is a good source of manganese and vitamin C. Zucchini blossoms are also a source of vitamin A, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, fiber, folic acid, and antioxidants. My grandfather used to say that it was his secret of power as Popeye the sailor has spinach.

Zucchini blossoms as an alkaline food, compensate for the high level of acids, and zucchini seeds are rich in vitamin A and become good snacks to all diets.

Zucchini contributes to good vision because of their vitamin A and C content, so as the years pass who doesn’t want a secret weapon for eye protection. Also, zeoxanthin, keep the metabolism of insulin and blood-sugar levels in balance and they combine marvelously with the other ingredients. Poppy seeds have from the other side analgesic, diluting, sedative and sedative properties for the nervous and muscular system. 1. In a large bowl, combine lettuce avocado and zucchini blossoms.

2. Make the dressing: Place the halved cherry tomatoes, vinegar, water, and garlic in food processor. With the food processor running, drizzle olive oil through the top, pulsing dressing until completely smooth. Season dressing with salt and pepper to taste.

3. When ready to serve, toss with the poppy seeds, zucchini seeds, and sunflower seeds mixture. Enjoy!
