Valentine’s day passed before ten days but I was not in the mood for heart and roses.
Today I had to go to a party where everybody brings his way of fun food…
I was trying to figure what should I do when I saw my collection of heart shaped cookies cutters. Immediately the idea crossed my mind. Since my friends are meat lovers and I haven’t really celebrated Valentine’s Day, I would make cupcakes cheese heart burgers.
The recipe became a legend. Everyone enjoyed both the sight and the taste of the burgers.
I enjoyed the speed the comfort and how easy the recipe was.
Toast bread or preferred pita –bread
For the burgers
- 700 gr 1:1 pork and beef minced meat
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 egg
- 4 cloves garlic
- 50gr crumb bread
For the top
- 500gr strong for baking white cheese
Simply mix all the ingredients. Put the mixture between 2 sheets of baking paper and groomed it with a rolling pin. Then choose from your heart cutters the one that goes with the size of your ideal mini burgers. Same cut and the white cheese and the pita bread for the top and the bottom.Decorate with the parsley and chili or cinnamon at the top.
Baked in the oven for 40 minutes to 160 degrees
