Chia soup is a healthy lenty soup that makes a meal easily prepared in 5 minutes. Perfect for sore throat and cough also. It actually helps the duration of a cold.Very simple to made, literally dump the 3 ingredients and blend for 5 minutes
- 1/2 cup frumenty
- 1/3 cup water drenched chia
- 1/2 cup oat bran
- 1 spoon butter
- 1 salt
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- Boil the water
1.Gather the ingredients.
2.Mix the chia, frumently and oat bran into the boiled buttered water for 5 minutes.
3.Close the fire, pure the soup into a bowl and optionally blend a tbs yogurt at the end.
4. Grap a bowl and a spoon and enjoy a nutrient, culture, Lenten meal, all time classic from winter sore throat to a diet or to cover a day when you have luck of time and you don’t want to eat junk food.
